TERMS & CONDITIONS:
On confirmation of unit(s) with Rising Group
we require full payment to be sent immediately to the Company’s Bank Account.
Availabilty based upon first Come, first serve. Once payment is received, we arrange for shipment on the next available vessel.
Please note that sometimes vessel names and dates are subject to be changed by the shipping company or delay may occur, there are reasons beyond our control.
For this we are not responsible to pay any claim(s), Approximately 500-USD$ will be needed to take care of minor defaults, but most vehicle(s) do not necessarily require repairs. When these units are bought from the auctions, They are “As is condition” therefore, there is no warranty regarding the accuracy of the mileage on the odometer.
To avoid malpractices during clearance , at the importing country we advice our customers to insured the vehicle which is 1.0% of the C&F price. Please note after arrival of the vehicle(s) in the importing country, if there is any major faults in Engine or Transmission, a notification of such should be brought to our knowledge within 15-days after the vessel arrives. No complaint will be considered afterwards.
Standard Terms of Trade are as follows:
Unless otherwise stated, vehicle is reserved for three (3) business days. Minimum 50% payment will be required within the reservation period failing to which will lead to automatic cancellation of the unit(s).
Shipment process starts upon receiving minimum 50% payment.
On receipt of 100% of the balance we will send you all documents via Courier.
Scanned TT copy will be required after payment to avoid any delays.
FOB: Freight On Board: This is the cost of the vehicle excluding ocean freight. If you buy the vehicle on FOB price, it includes the cost of the vehicle and all expenses in Japan.
CIF: Cost, Insurance and Freight.
C&F: Cost, & Freight. (RORO Based):
This is the cost of the vehicle including all expenses incurred in Japan & ocean freight. If you need Insurance of vehicle, please ask us.
T.T: Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer:
This is the best way to transfer your payments. It is the fastest, safest and most effective mode of sending payments. Telegraphic Transfer is facilitated by all major banks.
Bank Telegraphic Transfer
We accept the payment via telegraphic transfer through your bank. All bank charges must be paid by the sender.
Please ensure that payment is in US Dollars/Japanese Yen, and please include your Invoice & Stock number in the description field.
Once the payment has been remitted, please send us a confirmation of payment on Email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Fax: +81-58-392-4223. All payments must be made as per Pro-forma Invoice. Currency Exhange Policy
All unit(s) listed are priced in USD, All telegraphic transfers should be equivalent to USD. Currency converter on website may differ from actual exchange rates due to frequent fluctuations.
